Not only did he found one of the first and most successful equipment companies, he retired to teach the business of hi-tech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He talks about the importance of innovation, ethics, and leadership in business today. His maxims for success in business are: 1) do new things; 2) stay focused; 3) build the simplest thing you can. He describes how ethics get lost in big organizations and how to avoid it.
